- Translate customer operational needs into recommended system configurations (airframe, payloads/sensors, C2/data links, GCS).
Feedback, Training & Enablement
- Capture customer requirements and operational feedback; document findings and liaise with Engineering/Product on feasibility, performance insights, and roadmap inputs.
- Scope, schedule, and deliver tailored training sessions and simulator scenarios for end users.
- Prepare and execute demonstrations in Denmark and internationally, including travel planning, permits, shipping, and contingency planning.
Required Experience
- 4–7+ years of experience in UAS flight operations, flight test, or field demonstrations with strong customer-facing exposure.
- Hands-on experience operating multirotor and/or fixed-wing UAS platforms, including payload integration and field-level troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of flight safety principles, risk management, and regulatory frameworks; comfortable managing approvals and operational documentation.
- Confident, professional presence with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting events, roadshows, or trade shows; willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
- Proficiency with flight planning tools, checklists, maintenance logs, and Microsoft 365 for briefings and reporting.
Preferred
- Experience in defense, aerospace, or other highly regulated operational environments.
Qualifications
- Relevant aviation or UAS credentials (e.g., recognized remote pilot certification) or equivalent operational experience.
- Bachelor or equivalent
